We currently have a vacancy for a Scrum Master. Looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person willing to start and grow in a multicultural, motivating and challenging environment.

Enterprise Service Management(ESM) is a Global Product based on market‑leading solutions that will give us end‑to‑end visibility into our ITIL processes and infrastructure through a single system of action for IT, Security, HR, Customer services and Custom apps.

It offers an strategic approach for designing, delivering, managing and improving the way information technology (IT) is used within an organization. ESM has been divided into three sub-products that work synchronized towards a common goal . ITSM is one of these products and consolidates the most innovative solutions within 3 squads:

  • Service Transition (Service Catalogue, Change & Release Management, Knowledge Management and Service Level Management).
  • CMDB & Discovery (Asset & Configuration Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Management).
  • Service Operation (Incident, Problem, Vulnerability, SecOps and Request Management).

As ITSM Scrum Master you will be working with these squads and synchronizing dependencies and risk through Release Train Engineers (RTE) within the Tribe.

We would need a professional who has experience with scale agile framework (SAFe) and design thinking and that is:

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an inherent ability to multi-task.
  • Team leader and consensus builder.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Ability to rapidly identify and resolve issues.
  • Possesses a sound technical foundation and working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and applications.
  • Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Team oriented.
